2.2 Custom Campaigns: Refunds are not available for custom or tailored campaigns once the strategy, design, or content has been approved by the client.
2.3 Ongoing Services: For ongoing services (e.g., monthly SEO, PPC management), refunds are only applicable to unused portions of the service where termination has been requested in accordance with the agreed notice period.
2.4 Dissatisfaction Claims: If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter before seeking a refund. Refunds based on dissatisfaction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exclusions
3.1 Refunds are not available for:
- Third-party costs, including ad spend and software subscriptions.
- Delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
- Services delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline.
3.2 Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from unrealistic expectations or goals beyond industry standards.
4. Refund Process

- Your name and contact information.
- Service details and date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
4.2 Once your request is received, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- Conduct a review of your case within 7 business days.
- Communicate our decision along with next steps.
4.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
